Our Technology

AT&T ESInet™

The AT&T ESInet™ platform has allowed NTECC to become the first dispatch center in the state of Texas to use an all-digital NextGen 9-1-1 system. Built on the NENA i3 industry standard, it improves how calls are routed, assists in handling unexpected call volumes, and allows for tertiary connectivity which ensures that all data is backed up in three ways.

VESTA® 9-1-1

The VESTA® 9-1-1 system helps us manage the rapid evolution of technology to meet citizen expectations. At the same time, its functionality makes it possible to gain back valuable time and resources and increase productivity. Plus, advanced data functionality offers a simple and predictable way to help us implement and manage i3 content.

RapidSOS

RapidSOS integrates accurate location and rich emergency data within NTECC’s existing dispatch and mapping software.  The platform empowers a faster and smarter response through intelligent data for public safety. Life-saving data from devices, sensors, or profiles are integrated with the RapidSOS platform and shared with first responders when an emergency call is placed or a connected device detects an emergency.

PulsePoint Respond

PulsePoint Respond is a 911-connected app that can immediately inform you of emergencies occurring in your community and can request your help when CPR is needed nearby.

It empowers everyday citizens to provide life-saving assistance to victims of sudden cardiac arrest. App users who have indicated they are trained in CPR and willing to assist in case of an emergency will be notified if someone nearby is having a cardiac emergency that may require CPR.

PulsePoint AED

PulsePoint AED is a simple-to-use tool that enables you to help build the public AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) registry in your community – or anywhere!

AEDs that are managed using this app are accessible to emergency dispatchers and disclosed to emergency responders, including nearby citizens trained in CPR and off-duty professionals such as firefighters, paramedics, and nurses. Instead of asking the caller if there is an AED available, dispatch center staff can inform callers of nearby lifesaving devices.
